ISCAR is introducing new F90SD-12 face milling cutters that feature an advanced design with respect to the existing F90SD-12 cutters.

The improved design considerably improves performance when compared to the current tools.

The new face mills are available in a diameter range of 2.000 to 5.000”, in coarse and fine pitch configurations.

Tool Features




The new HELIQUAD-12 inserts are produced from ISCAR’s latest SUMO TEC carbide grades, significantly increasing productivity.

Peripherally ground cutting edges for higher precision to be used only on face mills and extended flute cutters


Tool Applications


Note: The new F90SD…12 cutters will gradually replace the current equivalent sizes:



ISCAR will continue to supply the old cutters until stock is depleted, and then orders will be switched automatically to their new tool alternatives.

HELIQUAD-12 Inserts Phase Out
Following very low consumption of the HELIQUAD-12 inserts in grades IC950, IC4010, IC4050 and IC50M. ISCAR is phasing out the following inserts:
