binding force between particles is improved by
IB05H N 45%
using relatively coarse PCBN grains. Excellent PCBN INSERTS
wear resistance.

Used for finishing operations of hardened
steels at medium to high cutting speeds in
IB10H N 53.3% continuous up to light interrupted cutting
conditions. Features very good wear resistance
with excellent surface finish results.

Used as a general purpose grade for finishing
operations of hardened steels at medium
cutting speeds in continuous up to medium
IB20H N 65% interrupted cutting conditions. Features good
balance between wear resistance and impact
resistance.

Used for finishing operations for medium
speeds on hardened steels with heavy
IB90 N 90%
interrupted cutting conditions. Features very
high toughness and impact resistance.
